Jen from Thaker Financial was tired of the manual labour involved in her growing insurance business. She noticed she was spending hours on simple but tedious requests from clients about new information and forms to sign up for services instead of being in actual presentations to grow her business. Jen was expressive about wanting to make the website quick and easy for her to use and simple for her clients. Unfortunately, she came from a bad experience with a previous web design company that was unresponsive and lengthy in their approach to her website, so we put together some options for her to make running her business as easy as possible and was attentive to her needs.
